Meet Anne Barratt
After a successful corporate career, Anne Barratt felt called to answer a question that has shaped her life’s work:
Why do some people thrive after adversity while others remain stuck?
That question led Anne on decades of study across counselling, kinesiology, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, Human Design, frequency medicine and many other complementary disciplines. More importantly, it led her through her own experiences of profound loss, health challenges and personal reinvention.
Today, Anne combines evidence-informed approaches with deep intuition to create practical frameworks that help people understand themselves more fully, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Her work has evolved into Empowering Institute—a home for transformational education that helps people create meaningful and lasting change.
